Production
At the request of the customer, new collections of display mannequins are often presented right on site in our main facility in Vilnius, the home of our global production. By bringing our customers directly into contact with development and technology, we can discuss final details and fine-tune production. A total of eighteen sculptors and designers and about twenty engineers and technicians provide for the highest processing precision without any loss of quality. A further advantage is that the customer gains valuable insight into our production process. This not only fosters confidence, it also saves time and money although you might not think so at first, because of the travel expenses to and from Lithuania.
In process of manufacturing there are involved 380 employees, consisting of artists, sculptors, technicians, sales people and production staff. Our professional designers and sculptors are highly flexible and they can implement the clients’ wishes. In the wig-making and make-up department, the company boasts highly competent wigmakers and make-up artists. Marketing director with her polyglot team provides further proof of the company’s highly professional approach.
Our company gains a very big flexibility, because we are working in close cooperation with IDW Metawood and thanks to this cooperation we have very big independence concerning moulds production and all other metal parts.
We are producing only when we get an order, which avoids stocking and prevents our goods from damaging during manipulations.
IDW is using only very high quality raw material, which allows our products to be more unbreakable that those of our competitors.
